End-to-end workflow
From an approved salon video to a controlled social publication.
1. Prepare and approve
The salon or its authorized content team prepares the video, caption, destination platforms and scheduled publication time.
2. Deliver the final file
The final MP4 is uploaded through the controlled delivery area and associated with a unique content ID.
3. Validate
The workflow checks that required publication information and the expected media file are available before publication can begin.
4. Publish
For connected accounts, the service uses official platform integrations to submit the approved content.
5. Track status
Publication status is checked so the editorial workflow can distinguish scheduled, processing, published and error states.
6. Keep account control
Platform authorization remains revocable by the account owner according to the platform's account and authorization settings.
